I hired Steamworks to pressure wash all breezeways and stairs at a property I manage that we recently took over and was left after months of not cleaning. It was truly disgusting and we were scrambling to get a large property power washed before freezing winter started. A World of Difference ​ I wanted to take a moment to thank you for doing such an incredible job pressure washing our buildings in BOTH Reno and Sparks. Grime, bird-droppings, soda spills, dust, spider webs, debris, stains, pet stains...... all of it was GONE after your sparkling attention! The reason I am writing is because the property literally was sparkling from top to bottom when you were finished! We had considered painting the building and the fences... because the buildings just needed to be brought back to life...and the colors to pop, and the walkways and eaves to look clean! When you were through using your professional equipment... that SOFTLY cleaned the building while being BRUTAL on the dirt.... It was truly a world of difference! Even the fence that you power-washed was almost completely prepped for painting as loose paint and debris has been removed. I highly recommend anyone who has not tried power washing through a company that truly understands detergents, care for the building , and tenant understanding... To give your company a try. The time taken to explain (to me) the variety of equipment available to your technician to handle surfaces ranging from delicate to rough was appreciated and reassuring!
